1. Are all Studio Ek Inch products made to order?

Yes. Every shirt and accessory is handcrafted only after the order is placed, allowing us to ensure precision, detail, and individuality in each piece.

2. How long does processing take?

Menswear Shirts: 2–3 weeks
Accessories: 1 week
Production is completed first — dispatch begins only after finishing and quality checks.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through UWC (United Worldwide).
Domestic orders are shipped via DTDC.

4. Is shipping free?

Within India: Free
International: Charges vary based on destination and shipping distance.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer exchanges for:

• Size concerns (shirts)

• Manufacturing defects (accessories)

Because each piece is made to order, returns and refunds are not available.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please share clear photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will check eligibility and help with a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
