Returns & Exchange Policy — Studio Ek Inch

Important Note: As a slow-fashion label, every Studio Ek Inch piece is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you. Due to the nature of our production, we do not accept returns.

We do, however, offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.


 Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only for the following reasons:

  1. Size Issues: For Menswear Shirts only.
  2. Manufacturing Defects: For Accessories only.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet all of these criteria:

  • It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 What Cannot Be Exchanged

We strictly cannot accept exchanges for the following items:

  1. Customised, altered, or personalised orders.
  2. Products purchased during sale or promotions.
  3. Accessories that have been used or show signs of wear.
  4. Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

 Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Request Submission

Email us immediately with your request:

  1. Email: studioekinch@gmail.com or abhishek@meesu.in
  2. Subject: Include your Order Number (e.g., EXCHANGE REQUEST - #1234).
  3. Body: Clearly describe the issue (e.g., wrong size, specific defect).

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Step 3: Customer Shipment

If approved, the product must be shipped back to us at the customer’s cost.

Step 4: Replacement Shipment

Once the item is received and inspected to meet the eligibility criteria, we will process and ship the replacement item to you.
