Core Principle: As all products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice.
When Refunds ARE Provided
A refund will be provided ONLY if both of the following conditions are met:

Process for Damage Claim
If you receive a product damaged beyond repair:
- Action: Email us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Resolution: Once the damage is validated, a refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
When Refunds ARE NOT Issued
We appreciate your understanding that refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
