Core Principle: As all products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice.


 When Refunds ARE Provided

A refund will be provided ONLY if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product arrives damaged beyond repair, AND
  2. A replacement for the damaged item is not possible (e.g., material unavailable).

Process for Damage Claim

If you receive a product damaged beyond repair:

  • Action: Email us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation Required: Include clear photographs and the unboxing video of the item.
  • Resolution: Once the damage is validated, a refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.

 When Refunds ARE NOT Issued

We appreciate your understanding that refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Orders placed for an incorrect size (please use the Exchange Policy for size issues).
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
  • Delays caused by logistics, weather, or customs.
  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
