  • We accept payments through Razorpay and other secure payment gateways.

For EMI options:

  • EMI availability is subject to approval by your bank (e.g., HDFC Bank).
  • Studio Ek Inch is not responsible for EMI approval or rejection.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Payment issues
    • Pricing errors

If payment is deducted and the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges
