Each motif is created using humble anchor threads, cut into tiny pieces and stitched one parallel line at a time — a traditional hand embroidery technique that demands patience, precision, and presence. The embroidery alone takes nearly 25 hours, guided by the practiced hands of rural West Bengal artisans who carry generations of craft in their fingertips.
Made from a fine linen–cotton blend, the fabric is soft, breathable, and naturally textured with a subtle rustic sheen. Designed as a premium men’s shirt, the silhouette feels modern yet grounded in heritage — ideal for men who value understated luxury, designer menswear, and timeless dressing.

All Studio Ek Inch menswear shirts and trousers are
crafted from 100% premium cotton or linen, naturally dyed and handcrafted
in small batches. Each piece is created using plant- and flower-based dyes,
making every garment unique.
These are luxury, artisanal pieces and should not be
treated as everyday wear.

At Studio Ek Inch, every piece is made to order. We work with time-intensive materials and traditional processes such as hand dyeing, Kantha, embroidery, and Zari, which cannot be rushed or mass-produced.
A menswear shirt takes 12–15 working days from dyeing to embroidery, stitching, and finishing. Our bags are handcrafted in approximately 5 working days. Each piece is made especially for you, with care and intention.
