RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

At Studio Ek Inch, we believe that every product should be made with care and should become a part of your everyday journey. We stand behind the quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and the people who make each piece.

Our returns and warranty policies are different for bags and menswear, as our menswear is made to order specifically for each customer.

BAG RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on bags purchased through our website, starting from the date of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the bag must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Not have been altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
• Be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and components, where applicable

To initiate a return, please email us at support@studioekinch.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange the next steps.

Return Inspection

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.

A refund will be processed only after the product has been received and confirmed to be in acceptable return condition. If a product has been used, damaged, altered, or returned without its original components or packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return or adjust the refund accordingly.

Refund Processing

Once your return has successfully passed our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will normally be initiated within 2–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other financial institution.

For Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, we may request the necessary bank details to process the refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We carefully inspect every Studio Ek Inch product before it leaves our studio. However, if your bag arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@studioekinch.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant
• A brief description of the issue

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

For products confirmed to have been damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, the applicable return or replacement shipping costs will be borne by Studio Ek Inch.

2-YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

Every Studio Ek Inch bag is thoughtfully made using carefully selected materials and skilled craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality of our work.

All bags purchased from Studio Ek Inch are covered by a 2-year limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects relating to:

• Zippers
• Hardware
• Magnets
• Buttons
• Stitching
• Other manufacturing or workmanship-related defects

If a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect develops during the warranty period under normal use, we will assess the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, marks, scuffs, or natural aging of materials
• Natural variations in leather or other materials
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care
• Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or unsuitable cleaning products
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
• Cosmetic changes resulting from regular use
• Damage caused by normal aging or deterioration of materials

Warranty claims are subject to assessment by Studio Ek Inch.

MENSWEAR RETURNS & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Every Studio Ek Inch shirt is made to order. Each piece is prepared specifically for the individual customer and takes approximately one week to prepare before it is ready for dispatch.

Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on menswear shirts.

All menswear purchases are therefore considered final once the order has been confirmed.

However, our commitment to you does not end when the shirt is delivered.

SIZE, FIT & CRAFTSMANSHIP SUPPORT

We understand that getting the right fit is important, especially with a made-to-order garment.

If you experience an issue with the size, fit, construction, or craftsmanship of your shirt, please contact us at support@studioekinch.com with your order details and photographs of the concern.

After reviewing the issue, our team may arrange for the shirt to be altered or repaired to address the concern.

Once the required alteration or repair has been completed, we will send the shirt back to you.

For issues confirmed to be related to size, fit, or craftsmanship, the applicable return and re-delivery shipping costs will be borne by Studio Ek Inch.

Our aim is to ensure that every made-to-order piece meets the standard of quality, craftsmanship, and fit that we promise.
